Under Jamin’s leadership and direction, the departmental culture has improved as teams now have a shared vision and a list of core values that everyone implements. Jamin has also seen in his own life and the lives of those he leads that work/life balance has improved significantly after implementing time management principles. Now, the whole team works hard at work and plays hard at home, with family.
